Comfort Plan $190/year

Our Comfort Plan includes the following:

  • Annual System Tune-Up ($189+Parts As Stand-Alone)

    Just like changing the oil in your car, your furnace should be tuned ($189+parts as stand-alone) annually.This is good for you and the environment as it helps reduce the amount of fuel you use, which will reduce your energy bills.


    • Save up to 10% on heating costs
    • Diagnose problems before they become expensive, inconvenient repairs
    • Recommended planned professional maintenance

    1. Test and regulate all burner and safety controls
    2. Clean or replace fuel oil strainers
    3. Replace nozzle
    4. Check and adjust ignition system
    5. Vacuum furnace/boiler and smoke pipe to chimney
    6. Check and lubricate motors
    7. Replace oil filter cartridge
    8. Inspect combustion chamber
    9. Adjust heating unit to maximum efficiency
    10. Perform an efficiency combustion test
    11. Ultrasonic inspection of your oil tank

  • The Tanksure® Program

    Benefits include:


    • Qualifying tanks receive a $1,000 proactive tank replacement payment.

  • Parts And Labor Coverage

    • 15% discount on all service work performed during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm) excluding installation work.
    • 15% discount applies to prevailing rates.

  • Emergency Service

    • 24-hour emergency service available.*
    • *Standard labor rates apply for work performed Monday through Friday, between 8am and 4pm. Parts will be billed at prevailing rates. Parts are guaranteed to manufacturer specifications.All work performed outside of normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm) will be billed at overtime rates and incur a $100 diagnostic fee.

  • Water Heater Coverage Plan $110/Year

    Our Water Heater Plan is available for both oil and gas systems

    Our Gas Safety Plus Plan is available for both propane and natural gas heating systems. It is built to give you piece of mind that your gas heating system is working safely and efficiently, along with emergency service.

  • Why should I invest in a service plan?

    A service plan will give you peace of mind. Our plans include an annual tune-up for preventive maintenance, a guaranteed fast response, and huge savings on repairs.

  • Is a service plan a good value?

    For a few dollars more than the cost of a tune-up alone, you will have a service plan that includes many other services in addition to your tune-up. Plus, if you have a no-heat emergency, we're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a service plan customer, you have priority status. This means your call goes to the top of our list, even on the coldest days when we're flooded with calls.

  • Why are tune-ups important?

    Records show that four out of five system breakdowns could have been prevented with regular maintenance. A tune-up reduces the chance of a breakdown and keeps your system running at peak efficiency, which can cut annual fuel costs by 10%.

  • Which plan is best for me?

    This depends on the level of protection you are comfortable with and the age and condition of your system. If you have an older system and want comprehensive parts coverage, our Premier Plan would be the best choice. If you have a system that is less than 15 years old, the Comfort Plan is a cost-effective option that will give you substantial protection. All heating systems are subjected to a pre-approval before enrolling into one of our service plans.

  • Can I receive coverage for other kinds of equipment?

    Yes. Besides your heating system, we offer coverage for air conditioning, heating pump systems, and water heaters.
